The lounge is upstairs and enjoys wonderful views of Cardigan Bay. On a clear day you can see as far as Snowdonia, the Lleyn Peninsula and Bardsey Island. The lounge is furnished with comfortable leather settees, 42″ Smart TV (Netflix provided), gas fire and a further seating area. Double doors open onto a small balcony facing the bay. Free WIFI is provided  A range of books, games and CDs are provided.

Downstairs, the kitchen / living room is also situated at the front of the house looking towards the sea. The kitchen area with designer units, quartz worktops and ample storage space, is well stocked with a full range of crockery and kitchen equipment, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, and electric oven. The dining table seats 6 and there is also a seating area so that everyone can relax together.

Sleeping Accommodation / Lleoedd cysgu

On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom comprising shower, toilet and wash basin. The second bedroom has twin beds. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The family bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, toilet and wash basin.

Upstairs, facing west, is the light and airy master bedroom with two velux windows, a king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The spacious upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and washbasin.

The house has gas central heating and solar panels provide much of the hot water.

Exterior / Y Tu Allan

The property is private as it is surrounded by walls or fencing with double gates at the entrance. In front of the property, there is a terrace with seating where you can enjoy the sea views. To the rear, facing south there is another terrace with a built in barbecue, sun loungers, table and chairs and a lawned area. This area is sheltered and a real suntrap. The garden is landscaped with a range of plants and climbers. The property has parking for two cars within the grounds. An EV CHARGER is provided for guest use.
